  • The creative fee covers all of the design and management work that goes into your merch drop. This includes apparel design, mockups, storefront setup, vendor coordination, campaign assets, and wrap up reporting. It is the only upfront cost for your studio.

  • The Creative Fee reflects the service side of the launch, including branding, campaign setup, and management. Product cost is handled through the vendor. This model allows your studio to earn profit on each sale without taking on inventory risk.

  • Your studio earns profit on every item sold. Families preorder at retail pricing through your storefront. Production cost is paid to the vendor, and your studio keeps the difference. At the end of your drop, you receive a complete profit and performance summary.

  • Creative Fees typically range from $400 to $1,500 depending on design quantity and campaign assets. The right tier is selected during a merch discovery call based on your studio apparel goals.

  • Nope! All merch drops are preorder based. Families select sizes before production, so there is no guessing, no over stock, and no leftover boxes.

  • Design and setup typically take one to two weeks, followed by a two week preorder window. Most drops are fully wrapped within four to six weeks depending on vendor timelines.
